A heartfelt and insightful exploration of the author’s coming-of-age as the daughter of immigrants, her acceptance of her own queer sexuality and quest to understand her own world and attachments in contrastwith her mother’s distinct experience growing up in Iran.

Fluffy and The Stars (2023), and The Anti-Racist Kitchen (2023). Her illustrations have been featured locally and internationally—from university campuses to sports arenas and pride festivals.
