Join Chef Dallas in preparing the exciting flavors of Persian cuisine! In this cooking class, you’ll explore how to prepare traditional Persian dishes. This class is perfect for anyone who loves good food and wants to expand their culinary horizons. Come join us and discover the magic of Persian cuisine!
Check-in is at 4:45 pm and we will start promptly at 5:00 pm.
Menu:
Herbed Persian Rice-
an incrdible rice dish, crispy bottom layer, fluffy top layer, and so many herbs!
Pomegranate Kebabs-
simple sauce of pomegranate molasses, walnuts, and herbs. Grilled steak skewers!
Shirazi Salad-
Fresh chop salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, and citrus juice.
Lavash Bread-
A lovely Persian flatbread.
Mast-O-Khiar-
Yogurt, cucumbers, dried fruit, herbs. Fresh and cooling!
