Persian Cultural Center & Iranian Community School

Persian Cultural Center Inc. / Iranian Community School was founded in 1986. As a non-profit, non-political, educational entity dedicated to the language, culture, history, literature, music, and art of Iran for the young and adult residents of the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area.
The organization is formed under Section 501(c)3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code; non-profit- non-political organization.
The mission is to make every family welcome, and part of the Persian School family. Not only teaching language and celebrating Iranian culture but also, striving to provide a community that stands for teamwork. Creating a positive and fulfilling environment in which all are respectful of individuals and all cultural backgrounds.
The purpose is for the school to be a pillar for Iranian culture and to establish a sanctuary for Iranian-American students and parents.
